Dear students,

According to the road test regulations of Access Nova Scotia, in the interest of road safety and the importance of acquiring the necessary skills for a successful road test, the mandatory wait time for an unsuccessful road test will now be 14 days.

All road test appointments scheduled by applicants, their advocates or driving schools must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the road test appointment. Failure to do so will result in a requirement to purchase a new road test receipt.
